      4.  Make sure return address is legible so a tax-deductible

 B.  Donate old instruments and maintenance items

              kiwi_zk@hotmail.com) for closest pick-up
               or drop-off location (Minster, OH and   
                Columbus, OH)

          2.  Try to remember how much you paid for
                the instrument or how much it was
                worth when last apprasied as this is the
                amount you will attributed on the tax-
                deductible receipt.

**Preferred instruments include trumpet, trombone, keyboard, drums, saxophyone, and guitar, but others are welcome. For a complete list of needed items, go to the "Wish List" page along the left menu bar.

           2.  Choose color(s), yarn / fabric type, and size
